Yair Philip founded YPHILIP GROUP to pursue a simple conviction: that the world's resources, developed responsibly and financed intelligently, can create prosperity that lasts for generations.
Over more than twenty-five years he has built and led ventures across real estate and natural resources on several continents, earning a reputation for structuring the complex deals that turn opportunity into delivered assets. A graduate of the University of Haifa business school and a former officer in the Israeli Air Force, he brings the same discipline, precision and long-horizon thinking to every venture the group undertakes.
